Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain effective resource allocation plans and forecast resource
needs
Manage scheduling systems and collaborate with project managers to
ensure efficient resource use
Monitor resource utilization metrics and provide insights for
improving resource efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
Minimum of 2 years in a start-up or small to medium-sized
organization
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight
deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
