Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Coordinator to manage
real-time monitoring and workforce management in a multi-channel
contact center.
Key Responsibilities
Manage real-time contact activity and agent adherence while
documenting absenteeism and strategizing to fill gaps
Collaborate with the Call Center Leadership Team on agent
statistics and overall service levels
Monitor productivity levels and implement best practices to improve
efficiency in the call center
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required; higher education preferred
1-2 years of call center experience required
Experience in resource management within a multi-channel call
center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly heavy Excel
experience
Prior knowledge of Nice in Contact CX One or other scheduling
software is a plus
