Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Review Processor to support the
Care Review team through various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Care
Review team
Process authorization requests and provider inquiries, including
eligibility and benefits verification
Contact physician offices to request missing information for
authorization requests as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in
healthcare
Associate degree preferred
3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in
healthcare preferred, with Medical Assistant experience being
advantageous
