Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Specialist to provide
customer support and assist clients with insurance policies and
claims.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients regarding
insurance inquiries and claims
Assist clients in understanding policy details and guide them
through the claims process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive client
support and resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration or related
field preferred
6 months to 1 year of experience in the insurance industry or
customer service preferred
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is a plus
