Key Responsibilities
Build data products and inference frameworks to support marketplace
growth
Develop models to forecast key marketplace metrics and assess
supply and demand impacts
Mentor other data scientists and maintain high technical
standards
Required Qualifications
9+ years of relevant industry experience
Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field
Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data analysis
Experience with causal inference and machine learning
techniques
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
