Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Liaison I.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments
regarding benefit plans
Deliver client complaints to relevant departments and provide
communication on claim resolutions
Foster relationships with internal teams and assist in managing
claim reviews and service expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of Medical Claims experience
1-3 years of Customer Service experience
Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office
applications
Experience with RIMS Claim Processing System is preferred
