Job Description:
A company is looking for a Home Retention Outreach
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Initiates outbound contact with borrowers to assess their financial
situation and explore loss mitigation options
Handles inbound inquiries regarding mortgage status, modifications,
and foreclosure processes
Ensures compliance with mortgage laws and follows up with borrowers
on required documentation and agreements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of experience in mortgage default servicing or loss
mitigation preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and relevant
regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines
Must be able to pass a background investigation
