A company is looking for a Safety Alerts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor a high priority alert queue for potential safety issues
Complete a high volume of outbound calls and respond to SMS/Chat
messages and emails
Recognize potential safety issues and determine the safest outcomes
for users
Required Qualifications
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act on incomplete
information
Experience using CRM systems for logging communications
Ability to multitask across various applications and software
programs
Capability to thrive in ambiguous situations while staying
organized
Willingness to receive feedback and excel in a fast-paced
environment
