  As -a -Senior -Staff -Accountant, -you -will -play -a -key -role -in -ensuring -accurate -financial -reporting, -maintaining -compliance, -and -supporting -strategic -accounting -initiatives. -You -will -work -closely -with -senior -leadership, -providing -insights -and -financial -integrity -to -a -high-growth -organization.

  Key -Responsibilities:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Prepare -and -review -financial -statements, -general -ledger -reconciliations, -and -journal -entries.
    
  • Ensure -accuracy -and -compliance -with -GAAP -and -internal -controls.
    
  • Perform -monthly, -quarterly, -and -year-end -closing -activities.
    
  • Assist -with -external -audits, -providing -supporting -schedules -and -documentation.
    
  • Manage -payroll -processing -and -support -tax -compliance -initiatives.
    
  • Analyze -financial -data -and -variances, -providing -actionable -insights.
    
  • Maintain -the -integrity -of -financial -reporting -systems -and -processes.

    What -You -Bring:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's -degree -in -Accounting -or -Finance; -CPA -preferred.
      
    • 5+ -years -of -experience -in -accounting, -with -a -preference -for -backgrounds -in -Big -10, -Big -20, -or -a -mix -of -public -accounting -and -large-company -experience.
      
    • Strong -knowledge -of -GAAP, -financial -reporting, -and -internal -controls.
      
    • Advanced -Excel -skills -and -experience -with -ERP -systems.
