Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Regulatory
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise regulatory filing submission processes and policy
research
Lead special projects and develop auditing and quality initiative
strategies
Oversee quality assurance audits and maintain the product benefit
system
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in commercial health insurance or a
regulated industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare,
Political Science, or related field; Master's or JD preferred
In-depth knowledge of health products and state insurance
regulations
Experience with SERFF and HIOS or state filing documents in
healthcare preferred
Experience analyzing legislation and providing regulatory
proposals
