Job Description:

A company is looking for a Value-Based Programs Lead to support value-based provider relationships and operational support of specialty Medicaid VBP models.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative Value-Based Program models for various provider types
Analyze financial, utilization, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with teams to operationalize and rollout new VBP models

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in managed care operations and value-based care
Experience in VBP model design and strategy with specialty providers
2+ years of experience in Medicaid managed care
Ability to analyze financial, utilization, and performance data
