Membership Account Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Membership Administrative Account Specialist to join their Enrollment and Billing team.
Key Responsibilities

Review and process applications for potential beneficiaries according to Medicare guidelines
Maintain current beneficiaries' accounts and update policy information as necessary
Communicate with relevant parties to ensure accurate policy and case information is maintained

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in the healthcare industry
1 year of experience with Facets and customer service or research
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
