A company is looking for a Head of Product Design.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end user experience across all products, ensuring
consistency and ease of use
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to deliver
features and shape product strategy
Lead design initiatives using AI to enhance user experience and
coach team members for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Human-Computer
Interaction, or a related field
2+ years of experience managing design teams and mentoring senior
designers
5+ years of experience in product design, including 2+ years in B2B
software
Experience with data products and product-led growth is highly
desirable
Strong expertise in interaction and visual design, with the ability
to simplify complex concepts
