Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.We are currently seeking a Flow Cytometry Instructor who will be responsible for training service engineers and customers on our Flow Cytometry product line.This position is part of the Global Training Team located in Miami, FL or Loveland, CO and will be on-site.Come join a fantastic team! • Design curriculums and teach service training courses.
• Design application-focused curriculums and teach customer training courses.
• Monitor student performance, collect feedback, and improve curriculum all trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Utilize LMS tools to administer and track training and certification.The essential requirements for the job include: -
  • Degree in Biological of Physical Sciences, Engineering or Education.
  • Experience in using Beckman Coulter Flow Cytometry or Sorting instrumentation.It would be a plus if you also possess:
    • Advanced degree.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience in managing laboratory and cleanroom operationTravel & Physical/Environment Requirements:
      • Ability to travel - up to 25%
      • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbThe salary range for this role is $90,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
