Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in
the US
Helpdesk (Miami HQ)
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of IT experience.
MDM Experience Meraki MDM or Addigy MDM
Microsoft Intune experience
Experience with OKTA Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Single sign-on (SSO)
Ticketing system experience JIRA preferred
Handling around 30-40 tickets daily, with a 30 minute SLA
Strong background in service desk management, including ticket
assignment, delegation, and escalations to other departments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Zscaler
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate across teams.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
50% Onboarding and offboarding support
20% General IT support for headquarters
15% Managing MDM and Intune-related tasks
15% Ticket handling and escalation
