Title: Helpdesk

Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Duration: Contract-to-hire
Compensation: Hourly position based on experience and skillset (up to $29/hour)
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of IT experience.
Technical troubleshooting expertise, both onsite and remote for end-users
Experience with a ticketing systems Preferred platforms: JIRA


Experience with security and network devices, including: Fortinet Firewalls
Cisco Access Points


Network Experience Wifi
Ethernet



Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills Must be adaptable and able to handle diverse personalities.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.


Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
