Job Description:
A company is looking for a Universal EDS Ops, Principal
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end billing support and dealer navigator product
support through call/chat
Establish relationships with EDS vendors and ensure compliance with
departmental standards
Investigate issues to detect product defects and areas for
improvement while responding to customers promptly
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite products
At least 1 year of auto finance operations or sales experience
At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
Preferred: Experience with JIRA or Salesforce, and in system
activations or inventory management
