A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Coordinator to
assist new and existing patients in a dynamic healthcare
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Persuade prospective and unengaged patients to enroll and establish
care
Verify insurance eligibility and manage patient scheduling
Document patient activity and manage inbound/outbound calls
efficiently
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an inside sales or complex customer
service role
Proven multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers and CRM tools
Dependable, adaptable, and able to work occasional nights and
weekends
Passionate about healthcare and committed to patient care
