Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Aligns business objectives with employees and management in
designated business units
Manages employee relations strategy and resolves complex employee
relations issues
Leads planning and implementation of large-scale People projects
and change management efforts
Required Qualifications
15+ years of related human resources experience
10+ years of People Business Partner experience
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization, including
senior leadership
Strong negotiation and organizational development skills
Advanced knowledge of employment practices and analytics
