Job Description:
Are you looking for a challenging position that will provide you
the opportunity to make a difference and build an Operation Center
in South Florida?
National Insurance Brokerage Company recently acquired a south
Florida company and is rebuilding the Telemarketing Operations/Call
Center.
The center is responsible to scheduling appointments for Insurance
Agents professionals across the country. This location is dedicated
to the all center which hosts around 40 employees. We are looking
for a leader to oversee the office and telemarketing operation.
Responsibilities:
*Work with management to establish performance measurements and
goals
*Communicate company objectives to telemarketing team
*Recruit & train new hires
*Design & implement incentive programs
*Oversee the office and ensure that all operations run smoothly
Requires Skills & Experience:
*Previous management experience in a telemarketing
Center/Appointment Center
*Experience and ability to analyze reports and conduct performance
evaluations for employees
*Ability to have a schedule with shifts varying between 9am and
9pm
*Telemarketing work or over the phone sales experience
*Strong work ethic
*Professional written and verbal communication skills
*Basic working knowledge of MS Office specifically Outlook, Excel
and Word
*Previous working experience with a dialer
*Flexible and willing to learn as our systems change
*Excellent communication when working with employees
