We pride ourselves on maintaining a team-oriented and family-friendly atmosphere.Lead Cabinet Installer Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years experience in cabinet installation (Required)- Valid Driver's License (Required)- Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures- Ability to safely operate power tools- Excellent time management skills- Effective communication abilities- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of cabinetry construction- Ability to work independently with limited supervision- Hardworking and reliable- Strong leadership qualities- Flexible scheduleFull Job Description for Installation Technician:- Responsible for the installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and re-facing- Unbox and inspect all cabinets upon delivery- Ability to read plans and effectively layout a kitchen- Make necessary modifications to cabinets- Conduct post-installation quality control checks and customer walk-throughs to ensure satisfaction- Engage with customers to understand and meet their needs and expectations- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area- Install products according to set timelines while ensuring quality craftsmanship- Collaborate as a team player and coordinate effectively with co-workers- Continuously enhance and demonstrate depth of job skills and knowledge**Compensation: $20.00 to $37.50 per hour**PM22Powered by JazzHRPI9d31c6a0764b-25660-30002529
