This role requires in-depth industry knowledge, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be solutions-driven, motivated to resolve discrepancies, and possess familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. Strong communication skills, proper email etiquette, and the ability to follow through on resolutions are essential.Key Responsibilities

• Internal Inquiry Management: Respond to internal concerns via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve internal issues efficiently, ensuring accuracy in financial and operational matters.
• Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with finance, customer service, and operations teams to streamline processes and maintain quality standards.
• Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the company database, ensuring adherence to industry and company regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and efficiency improvements.
• Customer Support & Product Knowledge: Provide internal teams with accurate product and service information to ensure smooth operations.Required Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial and operational reviews.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving with the ability to analyze complex cases and provide logical resolutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Previous experience in customer service, quality control, billing, or financial operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the fueling industry is an advantage.
