Job Description:
A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients
receiving ABA treatment
Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to support
children with developmental differences
Collaborate with families and clinicians to create individualized
care plans
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification
required
Experience in clinical programming for children with autism and
neurodevelopmental differences
Ability to work in a transdisciplinary team environment
Commitment to providing quality, patient-centered care
