Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to provide customer

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and empathetic support to callers regarding

Assess client eligibility and research inquiries to ensure proper
routing
Document case notes and escalate complex issues to management as
necessary
Required Qualifications
