Our respected estate planning law firm is looking for a Concierge New Client Specialist (Salesperson) to create exceptional experiences for prospective clients and build lasting relationships with our firm.



Along with a competitive $50,000 base salary, we offer the opportunity to earn monthly performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
--- Deliver a concierge-level experience to all potential clients, making them feel valued and supported.
--- Manage all client interactions with poise, professionalism, and empathy.
--- Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and assess potential clients' needs, goals, and concerns.
--- Qualify potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm.
--- Guide qualified clients smoothly into representation with the firm, fostering trust and confidence.

Qualifications:
Skills Needed:
--- A minimum of two years of experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred.
--- At least two years of experience in a sales position, with a focus on relationship-building.
--- Results-orientation with a proven ability to meet performance targets.
--- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
--- High emotional intelligence.
--- Dependable, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently.
--- Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel platforms, a plus.
--- Experience in a law firm setting, especially in estate planning, is a strong plus.
