Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the finance team, managing all financial
functions
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to the executive
leadership and Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA
preferred
Minimum 10+ years' experience in senior financial leadership roles,
preferably in a nonprofit setting
Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, financial reporting, and
regulatory compliance
Proficiency in financial software systems and analytics tools
Experience with multistate regulatory compliance and nonprofit
audits
