Job Description:
We're hiring a motivated office administrative assistant to
assist the Team Lead and complete administrative tasks. **This is a
full-time, In-Office position, M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM**
Responsibilities include liaising between the Team Lead and
clientele, notifying the Team Lead of important information,
overseeing schedules, and answering all incoming calls. You'll also
support the team by planning company events and posting them on
social media. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator
who is driven, organized, and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
--- Oversee and utilize CRM tasks, including updating contact
information, managing all incoming calls, sending thank you cards
and postcards, emails, and letters, and ensuring client data is
accurate and actionable.
--- Plan and manage client-focused events, appreciation events,
handle client gifting (closing gifts, birthday/anniversary gifts
and cards), manage showing feedback, and reviews.
--- Create brochures, flyers, social media posts, etc. for all
events.
--- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the Team Lead's
calendar, and ensure the Team Lead is prepared for his
appointments.
--- Prepare the Team Lead for weekly staff meetings and take
notes.
Qualifications:
--- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through
verbal and written channels
--- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to
use new programs
--- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an
orderly manner
--- Must have high school diploma or GED
--- Minimum 1-year office customer service / administrative
experience directly assisting management, supervisor or owner
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google
Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
--- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience is
preferred
--- Experience with posting on social media platforms
