Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager
I.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and document business requirements and processes to ensure
system alignment with business needs
Assist in developing project requests, charters, and plans while
managing project resources and timelines
Develop and report on change management plans and progress to
ensure smooth organizational transitions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of business analysis experience with small to
medium scale projects
Minimum of 1 year of project management experience for small to
medium scale IT projects
Baccalaureate degree in business, computer science, information
systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with cloud collaboration tools and data analytics
projects is preferred
Exposure to formal change management methodologies and agile
methodologies is a plus
