Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to
enhance customer retention and loyalty through targeted marketing
strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer-centric, multi-channel marketing
programs to drive engagement and improve retention
Create targeted marketing campaigns that nurture customer
relationships and promote advocacy
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform and optimize
marketing efforts
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a
related field
8 - 10 years of experience in customer marketing or retention
marketing, preferably in a B2B, IT, or SaaS environment
Proven track record of successful customer retention strategies and
marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle
marketing
Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools
