Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Pharmaceutical Recruiter
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Source, assess, and recruit top talent for critical roles in the
pharmaceutical industry
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including offer
management and onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure an
efficient recruitment process
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably
in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience recruiting Sales and Marketing professionals in the
pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable
Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other
recruitment tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
is preferred
