Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Designs and develops Genesys Cloud self-service applications and maintains add-on applications and API services
Analyzes business requirements and creates comprehensive documentation while collaborating with end users and IT team members
Stays updated with the latest Genesys Cloud announcements, releases, and features

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in designing and developing Genesys Cloud self-service IVR flows, scripting, ASR, NLU, and AI Bot Flows
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
Experience with RESTful API, JSON, and SQL is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required
Certification in Genesys Cloud is required
