Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal
guidance and support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and maintain foundational legal documents for
products and services
Act as a key contact for Sales, Customer Success, and Customer
Support teams regarding legal matters
Support compliance initiatives, including GDPR and SOC2 Type II
compliance
Required Qualifications
At least 4-6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the
tech/SaaS sector
JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the
relevant jurisdiction
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high
level of autonomy
Strong alignment with company values
Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
