I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to plan administrators, brokers, and
field partners across multiple lines of business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while
promoting digital tools for improved customer satisfaction
Research and resolve service issues, utilizing critical thinking
and product knowledge to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of customer service experience required
Solid understanding of the marketplace, including the value of
brokers and challenges faced by plan administrators
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions with
discretion
Experience in managing a complex and fast-paced workload
