Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6+ months contract to hire
Compensation: $25.00 - 29.00/hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in
the U.S.
VIP Help Desk
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years of IT experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience Mobile Device Management (MDM)
solutions (proficiency not required, but prior exposure is
necessary). Preferred MDM platforms: Addigy, JAMF, or Kandji. Any
Apple MDM
Experience working with Microsoft Intune. Experience with
application management, packaging, deployments, and updating
processes
OKTA experience - it's currently being implemented for governance
Identity Access Management (IAM) would be great!
Microsoft 365 architecture and management
experience/familiarity
Preferred Qualifications: API Integration experience
RingCentral deployment or experience with cloud phone providers
Excellent communication skills - as a VIP helpdesk they would need
to provide white-glove customer service. We need them to be
knowledgeable and engaged in technical conversations.
Okta or Azure certifications
Network +, Security+, or A+ certifications
