About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant (Hybrid, -Miami, FL) to support daily accounting operations, including revenue and expense transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth month-end and year-end closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage AP, AR, inventory, prepaids, accruals, and general ledger maintenance.
  
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
  
• Maintain financial records and ensure accurate posting within accounting systems.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
  
• Support year-end audits and provide necessary documentation.
  
• Identify discrepancies, propose solutions, and meet financial close deadlines.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    
  • Experience: 2-5 years in accounting and financial management.
    
  • Skills:
    
    • 
      
      
      
    • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
      
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Bill.com).
      
    • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and e-commerce tools (Shopify, Amazon) preferred.
      
    • Ability to manage financials across multiple legal entities.
      
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
