As a Premier Service Associate, you will support Empower clients by
addressing their investment needs in an inbound call center
environment. You will handle inquiries related to trading, asset
movement, and account management while delivering a responsive
client experience. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree
and a background in financial customer service, specifically
knowledge of brokerage transactions and retirement accounts.

Empower clients with all aspects of their investment needs in an
inbound call center environment. You'll respond to operational
inquiries regarding trading, asset movement, account opening and
asset consolidation, and handle client trading of Equity, ETF,
Mutual Fund, Options and Fixed Income securities.The shift for this
position is 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Mountain time. The training class
start date for this position is 04/28/2025.What you will do
- Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
- Engage customers in an Investment Recommendation
Conversation
- Deliver an efficient and responsive client experience by taking
ownership, delivering accurate information and initiate proactive
follow up -
- Demonstrate knowledge of Brokerage transaction and regulatory
requirements including Corporate Actions, Exchange Rules,
Suitability, and Tax Implications - -
- Uncover leads and opportunities to hand off to the Retirement
Advisor Team and drive new business opportunitiesWhat you will
bring
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of financial customer service experience in a call
center environment
- Strong customer service background with a firm understanding of
the diverse operational and investment needs of our customers
- Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account
operations is necessary
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required at start, as well as
FINRA fingerprintingWhat will set you apart
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong -technological -skills and an ability to multi-task
across systems
- Past brokerage and mutual fund trading experience
- Retail, IRA and/or 401K customer service

$61,600.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to
maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed.
Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus
program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in
some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far
exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual
compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon
geographic location, work experience, education, licensure
requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time
