A company is looking for a Rep, Customer Experience
(Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
Provide service support to members and/or providers through various
contact center communication channels
Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider
satisfaction
Document details related to member or provider inquiries
accurately
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience
1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and
CRM tools
Experience with contact center objectives and performance goals
