Key Responsibilities
Support customer retention and growth through sales and problem
resolution
Conduct account reviews and maintain regular contact with SMB
customers
Prepare sales documentation and collaborate with internal teams for
customer solutions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Knowledge of billing systems and sales processes
Experience in solution-based selling and account management
