A company is looking for a Director, IT Solution Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the IT Solution Delivery Organization, focusing on team
growth, coaching, and performance management
Build and maintain business and vendor relationships, overseeing
contract negotiation and project delivery
Develop and implement software solutions, ensuring adherence to
technical standards and application health
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree, or 12+ years of relevant experience
in lieu of a degree
10+ years of experience in IT solution delivery
Experience with Salesforce Delivery and ideally Genesys/Contact
Center technology
Strong background in managing IT professionals and complex
enterprise portfolios
Proven ability to develop IT strategies and manage project
deliverables
