Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel, Public Sector (SLED).
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales
agreements
Provide practical, commercial advice to Sales executives on legal
issues related to transactions
Develop and maintain essential tools and guidelines for the
efficient functioning of the legal team
Required Qualifications
6+ years of SaaS transactional commercial legal experience, with at
least 4 years in the public sector
JD from an accredited law school and active state bar admission
Extensive experience with public sector customer agreements and
procurement laws
Significant experience with data privacy and security
agreements
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and public sector sales
motions
