Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and tech-forward real estate paralegal to join our team. Our established firm is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has nearly 40 years in business. Our team consists of a group of professionals continually seeking to provide clients with a better real estate experience. You'll draft legal documents such as residential and commercial real estate contracts, prepare closing documents, manage contract deadlines, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. 1031 Exchange experience is a plus. Applicants should love what they do and be good at it. If you are driven, with a constant eye toward improvement, we are looking to speak to you.

Responsibilities:
--- Prepare residential and commercial real estate contracts
--- Draft Closing Documents
--- Manage contract deadlines
--- 1031 Exchange experience is a plus!

Qualifications:

--- 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
--- Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
--- Strong oral and written communication skills
--- Three years of experience in real estate either in a law firm setting, title agency setting, or real estate brokerage setting
--- Candidates with formal training or licenses such as title underwriting training, paralegal or title agent certification will receive preference
