A company is looking for a Reinsurance Contracts Lead to join
their Ceded Reinsurance team.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and draft complex reinsurance agreements
Conduct detailed contract analysis to identify coverage gaps and
inconsistencies
Prepare in-depth contract summaries and comparative analyses for
senior management
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating
property reinsurance agreements
Deep technical expertise in multiple reinsurance structures
Advanced knowledge of reinsurance contract terminology and standard
market wordings
Proven ability to create clear contract summaries and redline
comparisons
Highly preferred candidates may have advanced education or
industry-recognized designations
