Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join their
People Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job
posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer
negotiation
Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate
pipeline and ensure exceptional candidate experience
Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and
implement structured recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician
recruiting
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working
with hiring managers
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in recruitment tools and
platforms
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
